NEW DELHI: Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw informed the Lok Sabha on Wednesday that blankets provided to train passengers are washed at least once a month. His response came in reply to a query raised by Congress MP Kuldeep Indora regarding the frequency of blanket washing and the hygiene standards maintained by the Railways.
